Fjord wine tour incl. wine tasting

As a special tip for your stay, we recommend the fjord wine tour offered by our regional partner in Dollerup. Since 1927, this family-run business has been combining agriculture with new, bold ideas for the future of Nordic viticulture. During the tour, you will gain exciting insights into the vineyards and the farm's own wine press and learn more about the cultivation, production and character of the fjord wines. Of course, this also includes tasting selected wines - supplemented by interesting facts about sensory analysis, wine evaluation and storage. The tour lasts approx. 2 hours, includes a 1.5 km walk through the vineyard and is conducted in German. Please remember to wear weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes.
