On the waterfall trail in Hintertux

The Tux waterfalls cascade down into the valley: rock pools, natural rock bridges, caves, gorges and the protected Schraubenwasserfall waterfall leave us amazed and calm! With a view of the beautiful Kesselfall, we start our Nature Watch Tour up to the Schraubenwasserfall. We cross the rustic forest on a narrow path and pass the so-called "whale's mouth", a split block of stone shaped like the mouth of a fish. The highlights of the hike are the imposing gorge and the beautiful valley basin at Waldeben. From there we descend comfortably back to the valley station of the glacier lifts to Hintertux. Included in the luggage are binoculars from Swarovski Optik and lots of tips for observing nature.
