In my Vinyasa Yoga class I bring the movement in harmony with the breath. I mix the classical Hatha Yoga style with the modern Vinyasa style. Accompanied by music and the focus on the mat, a new flow is allowed to emerge in every class, which leads you to more body awareness and lets you get to know every part of yourself better.
