Katzlmoosweg

You start the hike at the parking lot of the sports field St. Johann, where you can park the car for free.

You hike along the stream uphill until you reach the federal road. Then you use the underpass of the federal road to get to the other side of the road, where you can continue your tour. Passing the farms Palfnerhof and Gollehenhof you hike uphill on the Katzlmoosweg. Since there is little traffic on this road, we find it quite suitable for a leisurely winter hike.

On your way through the beautiful natural landscape you will pass more farms, Katzlmoos and Troistein. You follow the road to its end the farm Arlberg. Back you follow the same path.

No refreshment stop, do not forget to bring enough liquid (tea, water) and possibly a change of clothes!
