Slovenia panoramic tour - Seebergsattel & Loiblpass

Experience a varied Alpine tour over two impressive mountain passes between Carinthia and Slovenia.

The Slovenia Panorama Tour over the Seebergsattel and Loibl Pass is a winding tour of around 195 kilometers that takes you through the impressive mountain world of the Karawanken.

From Marienhof, you set off along Lake Wörthersee via Pörtschach, Krumpendorf and Klagenfurt to the Ferlach reservoir. From there, you continue to Ferlach and Bad Eisenkappel, where the route leads via Bad Vellach up to the Seebergsattel - a beautiful Alpine pass with impressive views.

After crossing the border into Slovenia, the route continues via small towns such as Predoslje and Pristava to the Loibl Pass, which you take back to Austria. The route then takes you through the idyllic Loibl Valley via St. Leonhard and the Ferlach reservoir back towards Velden.

On the way, several sights invite you to make short stops - including the Obir stalactite caves, the impressive Tschauko Falls or historical memorials in the region.
