Through a mix of cardio and strength training, we shape our figure, especially by getting on and off the stepper, buttocks and leg muscles are trained, as well as the back and abdominal muscles.

Step aerobics is a mixture of classic gymnastics and various dance elements, with motivating music accompanying the rhythmic movements.
