Barefoot training strengthens the foot muscles, improves posture and promotes balance, as the feet have to work more intensively. A balance pad complements the training by activating the deep muscles and improving coordination thanks to its unstable surface. Together, the two ensure greater stability, better quality of movement and a lower risk of injury.
