Qi Gong is a gentle movement practice that connects the body, mind, and breath. In this session, we’ll work with the five elements and invite life energy (Qi) to flow freely once again.
Through calm, flowing movements, conscious breathing, and mindful presence, we bring our attention back from our minds to our bodies. Tension is allowed to release, and new strength is allowed to emerge—step by step, breath by breath.
This practice helps you find inner balance, strengthen self-awareness, and bring your body and mind back into harmony.
