Our body is constantly talking to us - we just have to learn to listen to it again. In this 1.5-hour workshop, vitality trainer Sigrid will gently introduce you to the art of mindful body awareness. You will learn to understand your body's signals, trust them and draw inner balance from them.
Gentle movements, breathing exercises and simple methods of body questioning will help you to connect with your own body wisdom - and find peace, clarity and trust in yourself.
Procedure:
After a short introduction and breathing journey, there will be theoretical impulses for understanding body signals, practical sensing exercises such as the body pendulum, balancing movements and a guided meditation. Finally, a gratitude exercise with an affirmation card gives you a moment of quiet realization:
"I trust my body - it leads me into balance."
