You never stop learning with yoga, it's a way of life. It's about the way we deal with ourselves and our environment.
We want to create length and width in our own bodies, remain flexible and agile or become so. Everyone is on their own and yet in a community. There is no competition, no show-offs and no losers. The inner critic must remain outside.
We establish a friendly relationship with ourselves and look forward to every positive change, no matter how small, through practising yoga together as regularly as possible.
