On our wild herb walk through the forest and meadow, we unlock the secrets of the healing powers of Alpine herbs from nature in Tuxertal. This great natural pharmacy is right on our doorstep. The right time to collect them is determined by the seasons. There are treasures to be found at any time. We discuss the ancient knowledge of herbs, tree resins and roots and discover the many ways in which they can be used and processed. Meeting point and start of this hike is the bus stop of the Hintertux Glacier Lift. From there, we head towards the Bichlalm.
