A sunny hike up via the Bründlalm and Jochalm: Enjoy varied trails through sparse mountain forest and magnificent views of the Rofan and Unnutz mountains in the heart of the Karwendel region.
This entertaining hike follows a trail through sparse mountain forest to the Bründlalm at 1,220 hm and continues on to the Jochalm, which is still used for farming, at 1,410 hm. Once you reach the top, a beautiful view of the Rofan and Unnutz mountains awaits you. The alpine pastures are idyllically situated in the Karwendel, below the Hochplatte—a popular scenic peak overlooking Lake Achensee.
For a loop hike, you can descend via the Feichtenalm at 1,120 hm and hike back to the hotel along the Karwendelweg.
