We walk through the village to the lower-lying wine

viewpoint of the Eisack Valley winery, where selected wines are tasted in the middle of the wine

growing estates.

talks about the past and present work

on the small farm

during a Slow Food aperitif.


Farmer

Margareth serves delicacies from the home garden and local farms to accompany the tasting of the mineral crystal wine.


We then walk back to the village and visit the museum

to see the special exhibition "Noble Stones - Noble Wines".


At the Huaberhof next door, we finish

with a taste of biodynamic wine.
