The homemade 58 chocolate from bean to bar, makes people happier. You will learn the story of Renè Romen who, after international experiences in Germany and England, returned to South Tyrol and founded the 58 Chocholate Manufactory in Merano.
Guided tour by René Romen with explanation of the history of the origin of 58 Chocholate, the origin of cocoa and the production-processing methods. Followed by tasting of small hot chocolate ( winter / spring / autumn ) or chocolate tonic ( summer ), a praline, fruit pulp shot and different types of chocolate.
