Hike Gerlosstein with Nili

GUIDED HIKE GERLOSSTEIN WITH NILI

The destination of the mountain hike is the imposing Gerlossteinwand (2,166m) in the Zillertal Arena. Our coolnest shuttle takes us from the hotel in the direction of Hainzenberg. We drive approx. 30 minutes along a forest road (toboggan run in winter) to the mountain station of the nostalgic Gerlossteinbahn. From there, the guided hike starts with our hiking guide Nili in the direction of the Gerlossteinwand. We walk past alpine meadows and stone pine trees on a gentle ascent up to the plateau and the summit cross on the 2,166 m high rock face. From up there, you can see the entire front Zillertal valley. After a little refreshment and a well-earned break, we take the circular hiking trail back to the gondola station and the shuttle vehicle. Back at the coolnest, a well-earned afternoon snack awaits you 

Good hiking boots or trail running shoes, functional clothing, jacket, hat, cap or headband, rucksack, water bottle, snacks, sun cream, sunglasses.

Please note:

The shuttle is available for the first 8 participants. If more guests register for the hike, we will form car pools for the private journey (approx. 30 min.) to the Gerlosstein mountain station.
