This back fitness class focuses on targeted exercises to strengthen and stabilize the back muscles. A short, dynamic warm-up is followed by a series that activates both the deep muscles and the large back muscle groups. Special stretching exercises at the end improve flexibility and support muscle regeneration - for a healthy, flexible back.
