Cold water bathing in the pools with Pia

The pools in the "Canyon" near Ginzling are always worth a visit. "Gumpen" are crystal-clear natural pools with fresh mountain crystal water in the Zemmschlucht gorge behind Mayrhofen. With a little mental preparation and conscious breathing exercises, you can swim there even in winter. Take up the challenge and let Pia and the group inspire you to go into the cold water after a short introduction to the Wim Hof breathing method. After a quick warm-up session and a hot cup of tea, you'll head back to the hotel full of happiness, where the sauna is already switched on for you :-)
