The Waldbergbauernweg in the Martelltal valley is exciting. The hotel bus takes us to Niederhof, from where the hike leads steadily uphill to Suachbichl at 2,050 m above sea level. From up here, a fantastic 360° panoramic view opens up to us.the curved wooden benches invite you to dream and linger, so that you don't want to leave this place again. Further it goes on a rooty forest way again downhill along the so-called Kandlwool. These hollowed-out wooden trunks are fed by 2 springs and have been distributing water to the surrounding farms for centuries. Numerous information boards give us an insight into the way of life and work of the farmers, so that we will not only get to know nature, but also the culture of the region.
