Forest bathing and cold water bathing with Pia
Hinrin-yoku, "bathing in the forest air" or "forest bathing" for short, is a natural healing method from Japan. Follow Pia on a new experience and hike together with other guests through the beech forest at the "Glocke near Finkenberg. With simple, guided breathing and mindfulness exercises, you will learn to perceive the forest with all your senses and feel the magical power of the old trees, which radiate a certain healing power. Conscious breathing plays a very important role here. Forest bathing is a slightly different kind of meditation with many positive effects.

Cold water bathing:
We then take a look at the canyon and walk to the crystal-clear natural pools, also known as pools. After a short breathing exercise according to Wim-Hof, you decide whether you want to join Pia and the others in the cold water to do something good for your body.
