Ingredients

- 7 eggs

- 200 g sugar

- vanilla sugar

- 100 g flour

- 50 g cornstarch

- 35 g cocoa powder

- 50 g oil

Directions

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.

Sift the flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder together and gently fold into the egg mixture. Then carefully stir in the oil.

Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven, turn out of the pan, and let cool completely before further processing.
