There is no shortage of international touches, with flavors from across the border: pastrami, club sandwiches in perfect American style, philly cheesesteak stringy, buffalo burgers, pork ribs and Spanish black pork, bbq, pita and falafel all for a taste journey that crosses cultures and traditions.
For those who don't give up the flavors of home, the great classics always take center stage: gnocco fritto with cured meats, pinsa romana, stuffed schiacciata, panzerotti pugliesi and meatballs.
