Yin Yoga & Journaling combines calm, meditative yoga poses with reflective writing. By holding the yin poses for longer, fascial tension is released and the body is guided into deep relaxation. The subsequent journaling helps to organize thoughts, consciously perceive and release inner blockages - for more clarity, balance and inner peace.
