In Summer we suffer from overheat in all our body, yet most of the issues due to excessive warmth tend to to build up in our abdomen (guts and reproductive system) resulting in inflammation, redness and infections. Our yoga session works on mobilizing the hips, seat of these organs thus calming the imbalances of the fire element typical of the season.
