This calming practice prevents joint stifness and reduces the inflammation of the back, shoulders and neck. In this season we usually are more active and for longer hours profiting by the predominance of light. We also may sleep less than necessary thus causing overloading and stress to our back. With our yoga class we want to restore relief and flexibility with introspective and calming poses.
