Guided Hike Along the Bee Trail to Wasenmoos

From the parking lot, we follow the Bee Trail steadily uphill. Numerous benches along the way invite us to take short breaks and offer a chance to enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful natural surroundings. We continue on to the idyllic Wasenmoos until we reach the information tower. Here we take a break and enjoy a snack we brought along. Refreshed, we then hike on along a short, flat stretch with a magnificent view of the Hohe Tauern. The trail leads us through a beautiful section of forest to the Scharlern organic farm. Crossing meadows, we finally reach the old bee trail and make our way back to the parking lot at a leisurely pace.

Meeting point: Oberkrammern Hollersbach parking lot

Walking time: approx. 3 hours

Return trip: approx. 1:30 p.m.

Easy hike, approx. 320 meters elevation gain and 8 km
