Way description:

Take the cab transport to the material cable car - backpack transport with the cable car possible (cab ride must be registered with the hut owner in good time!).

From the valley station of the material cable car (1641m), we hike uphill on the path through alder bushes and after a short time reach the path that leads diagonally uphill from slightly out of the valley. Through the so-called Wasserlahner we overcome the first steep terrain step and reach the Vordermoos. Climbing slightly, we make a right-hand bend up to the Stoamanderl (1888 m) with a round table made from a stone slab next to it.

After a short rest, we hike downhill in a westerly direction and cross the Weißeneckerbach stream on a wobbly footbridge in the area of the Weisseneckalm. We conquer the green Seeleiten slope to the left of the rushing Seebachfall in numerous serpentines. After a corner of the terrain, we reach the material cable car at a red cable car support and catch sight of the Neue Fürther Hütte, which towers high above us on a shoulder of the terrain. To the right of the material cable car, we hike the last few meters comfortably to the Neue Fürther Hütte 

Starting from the Neue Fürther Hütte at 2,201 m, take trail number 918 in a westerly direction to the Larmkogel at 3,018 m. From there you have a fantastic view over the glacier world of the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Kitzbühel Alps.

Ankle-high mountain boots, weatherproof clothing, sufficient drinking water & snacks, recommended for this difficult mountain tour with 1377 m
