Details
We hike along a mountain stream into the valley before climbing a steep slope to reach a beautiful plateau. Here we take a short break and admire the stunning flowers. With a little luck, we’ll spot marmots and chamois. Once we reach the lake, we’ll be greeted by tranquility, clear reflections, and a well-deserved rest. After the break, we’ll head back along the same route and enjoy the view of the Hohe Tauern mountain range once again.
Recommended gear:
Ankle-high hiking boots, backpack with plenty of drinks, snacks, sun and rain protection, telescoping hiking poles
Guided hike:
Hotel pickup: 8:00 a.m.
Walking time: approx. 3.5 hours
Return trip: approx. 1:30 p.m.
Moderately difficult mountain hike, approx. 710 Hm and 7.2 km
Equipment: Ankle-high hiking boots, backpack with plenty of drinks and snacks, sun and rain protection, telescopic poles
