Abdominal leg and bottom workouts involve various exercises that primarily work the areas of the body that are included in the name. However, the back is also often trained as a counterpart to the abdomen. The workouts can be done with equipment, but trainers often use their own body weight to gently and naturally build muscle. BBP workouts put a lot of strain on the muscles and therefore produce visible results quickly.
