Bornmühle
Yoga nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep", is a guided deep relaxation exercise that puts the body and mind in a state between waking and sleeping. While lying down (Shavasana), deep relaxation is achieved through a so-called "body scan" (awareness journey through the body), while the consciousness remains awake. It helps to reduce stress, promote regeneration and increase general well-being.
