Herbalist Klara Obernosterer collects her healing herbs in the most remote corners of the Lesach Valley. Whether on the steep mountain meadows, in small gardens or the sunny alpine pastures - the valuable mountain herbs thrive everywhere. In various herb workshops, Klara takes her participants on hikes to collect young wild herbs, roots and forest herbs. At home in her herb cottage, she then demonstrates how to make the various natural remedies that have been used for centuries in the medicine chests of the Lesach Valley.
